It’s been a while since Bovey Valley Runners have posted an update, but we have not been idle.
Our annual AGM was in February where there were a few changes in the club committee, and we also started our latest Couch to 5k training sessions – it’s not too late to join, details are on our club website https://boveyvalleyrunners.org.uk/
Last Sunday there was a large BVR turnout in Tiverton for Winding Path’s Canal Canter. This is a half marathon route along the canal between Tiverton and Sampford Peverell, and being a flat route there were several Personal Best’s achieved. It was a warm, dry run with plenty of scenic views of the countryside and canal boats.
