Monday Movers
Time: 6:30pm
Meeting Place: Station Road Car Park opposite Mill Marsh Park
Training: A gentle, varied run – suitable for all running abilities
Tuesday Evening
Date: The next Couch to 5K group will start in Sept 2025

Wednesday Evening
Time: 7pm
Meeting Place: Station Road Car Park opposite Mill Marsh Park
Training: Group Runs – there are 5 different groups:
- Blue Group: Progress Group suited to those who have recently completed the Couch-to-5k programme
- Orange Group: 12:30 to 14:30 min/mile or 7:45 to 9 min/km pace. Max distance approx 4 miles
- Purple Group: 10:30 to 12:30 min/mile or 6:30 to 7:45 min/km pace. 5 – 6 miles
- Yellow Group: 8:30 to 10:30 min/mile or 5:15 to 6:30 min/km pace. Up to 7 miles
- Green Group: <9:00 min/mile or 5:30 min/km pace. For more experienced runners, often involving trails or hills (note that sometimes this group starts in other locations – the weekly email will provide details)
Each group operates a run leader so no-one gets left behind. If you are unsure which pace group you would be suited to, it’s best to start slow then work your way up!
