This weekend Lesley Manlow took part in the London Marathon and completed the run in 7:46:34. She was supporting the Phab Kids charity and raised an amazing £1,800!!
In the other direction, there were a lot of the BVR crew who headed over the border into Wales to take part in the Cardiff Half Marathon. This is always a very busy event and had over 12,000 finishers.
The weather forecast was not looking good, and the day dawned with heavy rain, but this soon cleared, and the race was run in blue skies and sunshine.
