Caragh Mellitt from Bovey Valley Runners ran the gruelling one-day non-stop 100K Race to the Stones on Saturday 8th July.
She crossed the start line in Lewknor, Oxfordshire, at 08:10 that morning and arrived at the finish in Avebury, Wiltshire, at approximately 10:30 that night.
The weather was not particularly conducive with high temperatures and humidity accompanied by heavy rain and thunderstorms throughout the day.
Whilst the race was tough both mentally and physically, she finished in good spirits and enjoyed a hearty pot noodle to celebrate!
